OUR HIRING PROCESS


Training Coordinator

Design and conduct training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance for an organization in the security services industry. Analyze training needs for entity with 70+ employees providing security / surveillance services. Monitor and evaluate tactical training activities and program effectiveness using knowledge of military tactical training techniques. Organize and develop training procedure manuals, guides and course materials using knowledge of military training techniques / models. Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen. Select and assign instructors to conduct training. Evaluate instructor performance. Monitor training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.


Must have 3 years of experience in the job or 3 years of experience in leadership positions dealing with organization / coordination of military training programs for groups of 70+ individuals.

TRAINING

Our security officers go through a very rigorous hiring process. Upon completion of this process, the security officer receives from NOR-SEG, the opportunity to be considered for assignment to a client location.


Before being assigned to a service our security officers complete the required state training and they are licensed by the State of Florida. In addition they receive on site training and continuous security seminars to insure top knowledge of their duties and responsibilities, which translates into an outstanding performance while discharging their duties. STAFF DEVELOPMENT emphasis is the foundation to the continual delivery in the quality of security service provided to the client. To ensure that all security certifications for each officer are current, a human resource generalist is assigned to maintain the personnel records of each security officer.

In our tireless efforts to promote employee excellence through our leadership development programs, all of our officers must attend and graduate the NOR-SEG Academy to include continuing education in the following areas:
